Girl, I am cracking up. This is one of the best videos I've watched in a long time for multiple reasons. It was so informative and delivered in a fun way. I genuinely felt like I was hanging out with one of my friends.

My acne is purely hormonal and know that bc I only break out right before that time of the month for me. Any other time my skin is fine. But even then, my break outs aren’t that bad. I’m mainly concerned with scarring atp

After trying many skincare products for acne, I used the tea tree serum from sopure london which was really amazing. It cleared out my face from skin and I'm really happy with the result. I hope I could do a video like yours to share my experience with people 🙂

I have used most of the products you use. My skin type has a different structure than most skin types. I wish it could work on my skin. Some products were good for my acne, but after a while it started to have no effect. I have an oily skin. However, I have been using a cream called RWLMAX for 4 months. It cleared up almost all the pimples on my face. This is like a miracle for me. The instructions for use are a little different than other creams, but they are easy. I really can't believe it made such an impact in 4 months. I would definitely recommend going to their website and checking it out.

    1. Wash your face twice a day.

    2. Use a mild cleanser.

    3. Apply an acne-fighting agent. ( skip it if you're allergic to it. )

    4. Apply a moisturizer.

    5. Exfoliate.

For chemical exfoliants, like masks or lotions, aim for once or twice a week. For physical exfoliants, like scrubs or brushes, aim for three or four times a week.

    6. Get plenty of sleep.

    7. Choose makeup that won't clog your pores.

    8. Don't pick at your skin.

( It’s really, really hard not to pick at a zit. But, for the health of your skin, it’s important to resist.

Picking or popping a zit exposes the pore to even more bacteria, including those from your hands. It also increases the risk of infection or scarring.

If you have a pimple that really hurts, see a dermatologist. They can perform specialized treatments to safely get rid of the pimple while also minimizing the risk of infection. )

    9. Go easy on the sugar.

    10. Don't smoke…

    11. not last but least, REALX!^^

When it comes to clear skin, pay attention to what you put on your face like cleansers, moisturizers, makeup, and what you don’t like unwanted bacteria from your fingers or dirty brushes and sponges.

Focusing on certain lifestyle factors, like quality sleep, a healthy diet, and stress management, can make a difference to your skin too.

If you’ve tried several types of treatments for your acne and nothing works, make an appointment with a dermatologist. They may prescribe treatments like antibiotics or prescription medications to help clear your skin. GOOD LUCK :))

-Know your skin type and skin concerns and if you need help, search up videos or do research and or see a dermatologist to get the products you’re looking for.

-Do NOT use ice on your face, it can make your skin more sensitive.

-I recommend using a chemical exfoliant for longer effects rather than physical.

-If you use a towel to dry please pat your skin instead of rubbing it.

-Do NOT use paper towels or tissues on your face to clean. (Recommend reusable cotton pads)

-Stay hydrated! (Although it’s not scientifically proven that it will help the skin but it should be essential to you every day already)

-For sheet masks, it should be a 1 only use so please don’t reuse the sheet masks and serum inside for the face.

    -Be aware of skincare DIYS

-Use reusable cotton pads so you can wash them instead of throwing them away.

-Never use scrubs for your face.

-Don’t touch your face a lot since your hands can be dirty.

-Wash your pillows/bedsheets often like once a week or so.

-Clean the things you touch every 1-2 months.

-For sheet masks only do the maximum of 15 minutes.

The only steps you need in skincare:

-Micellar Water with a cotton pad (if you have makeup)

-Cleansing oil or balm (if you have very oily skin or have makeup)

    Skincare steps with extras:

    Extras = *

*Serum (please check which serums you use if it’s for AM or PM)

-Cleansing oil or balm (if you have very oily skin or have makeup)

    *exfoliator (chemical or physical)

    *Sheet mask

This is just a small comment but I hope it helps!

Oh, small reminder it can also be your diet and the food you consume too so be on the lookout for that 😀
