Hey guys, today I thought I’d do a fun little video showing you a nail polish hack – how I use glitter eyeshadow to make nail art designs! I know a lot of people like me don’t love using glitter eyeshadow or makeup because it’s not eye safe, so this is a good way to use up your palettes that have glitter makeup in them 🙂 So I’ve got 2 different methods here – one is to use the glitter in a gradient, and one is to use it as a full mani like a glitter top coat 🙂

Here’s everything I used:

Top Coat:
Matte top coat: SinfulColors matte top coat (available in Walmart stores)

Kelli you are a goddess!! I have a lot of beautiful eyeshadow glitters however I CAN'T wear them. How did I not know this?! I have many glitter polishes and now I'm going to be playing with eyeshadows for toppers. BTW w how much we wash our hands, the evil nemesis glitter doesn't stand a chance. Stay well. 💅

What a great idea. I like both ways. However, I was wondering if you end up getting any finger prints on your nail polish as you are applying the glitter?

Agreed I hate glitter. The only kind I’ll use is a liquid glitter shadow. I’ve been more into multichromes lately. Pressed glitters aren’t my thing. Glitter polish though I love!

This is such a good idea!! I never use glitter eyeshadow so this is a great use. A HATE how messy loose glitter is and I feel like glitter eyeshadow is more contained so this is just genius

I've always been terrified of glitter on my eyes!!! I'd love to see more ways to use them on my nails!
My son, who will be 30 next month, has always referred to glitter as herpes of the fashion world, once you've got you will ALWAYS be stuck with it 🤣😭!! BIRTHDAY wishes and love!! ❤️🤍💙
