    I noticed you weren't using the almond milk. I'm lactose intolerant but I can't use most of the commercial almond milks because of the gellen gum in it. I can't process gellen gum.

    Lisa why would there be gluten in rice powder ? gluten is wheat grain, I don't think a lot of people know what gluten is, I've been told that it was fat and when I told them it was grain they laughed at me so I think people are confused with what gluten actually is, not too long ago somebody told me it was sugar, if you are using a rice protein that's what you're going to get not wheat, celiac disease has one symptom and that's gluten intolerance celiac disease is less than 1% of the population I basically think the people that jump on this bandwagon of gluten intolerance are following the trend you would think the whole USA was allergic to bread Donuts Pizza Etc that's just not the case, so when I'm told somebody's gluten intolerance while they're eating a donut or a cheeseburger or a pizza and it's not cauliflower crust,well ummm….my best friend is a Celiac he hasn't been able to have pizza donuts or bread since he was 17 years old that was fifty years ago for him, celiac disease is no joke so when people are eating Donuts bread cheeseburgers Pizza they are not gluten intolerant they are not celiacs, they just want to be part of the gluten Club, not directed at you I know you have stomach issues, just the majority of Americans that are on this # gluten intolerance mission, strange no other country has reported this gluten intolerance epidemic
    P.S. get yourself a filter for the water, or at least get bottled water that comes in glass, plastic jug is one of the most unhealthy things to store water in, or do the research yourself, kind of hypocritical non plastic bags for your fiber, but humongous plastic jugs of water that you are consuming

    Love the oatmeal but you are better off staying with organic oats and not those Quaker quick oats. Quaker Oats contain Glyphosate its a synthetic biocide and probable human carcinogen, with additional health dangers rapidly becoming known. I didnโ€™t know they made almond butter powder!     I'm 51 and haven't eaten meat since I was 12 and went Vegan at 40. I've not been very well recently and I've noticed that I hadn't eaten bread for 13 days and I feel better for it as I'm normally constipated and bloated on bread. I'm going to try my hardest to keep it out my diet but I love bread.

    When I heard your story years ago about all the abdominal surgeries it was like listening to myself. I too have also had several abd. Surgeries beginning with a perforated small intestine…..then 5 surgeries later I have abd./digestive problems, blockages..etc. Iโ€™m going to try juicing because I have a fear of another blockage.

    Everyone has their own needs for sure. I can not eat gluten. It builds up to give me MS type symptom's…had to have an MRI to find that I didn't have MS. I also cannot digest most raw veggies. They bloat me for days and make me miserable. Even some veggies like broccoli makes me sick if it's not cooked enough. I'm trying to stay away from raw veg and fruit, nuts, popcorn for a while because these are my problem foods. I can't stand waking up felling like I have a brick in my stomach every day. Good luck.

    I have gastroparesis and eat very much the same as you. I am gluten free too. Unfortunately I have had to cut out oats because the fiber was causing bloating and pain. I use hot cream of rice or cooked millet instead. It is crazy to me when people suggest that I should eat a salad ( hello ruffage!) or go keto and eat red meat ( which has the slowest and longest transit time from mouth to colon). Everyone has to do what is best for their body! Thank you for your videos๐Ÿ’œ

    Hi Lisa! I'm so glad you're back home and feeling better. I was actually diagnosed with diverticulosis when I was 40. It's been almost 11 years since my diagnosis, and every time I have had a diverticulitis attack (painful intestinal blockage, fever, body aches pains, vomiting) since the first one, it has always been triggered by eating gluten in the form of bread, pizza crust, flour tortillas and pasta. Rice will also cause a blockage if I eat too much in one meal. Strange how I was able to eat these foods for 40 years and then my body became incapable of digesting them properly. I do exceptionally well with veggies, fruit, most dairy and meat. I'm glad you are figuring out what works best for you.๐Ÿ˜˜
