    I also have tinea versicolor! I found out through research that its basically a yeast overgrowth in your gut that turns into a fungal infection on your skin! So I take a round of Probiotics (about 2 weeks) before food in the morning until its all gone. I read that taking them daily forever is not good for your gut as well. The first time it went away for over 6 months, and does eventually come back because i didnt change my eating habits. Right now I have been free of it for about 8 months because I eat a lot of Kimchi. I have cut out a lot of carbs and sugar as this will turn into yeast in your stomach. With probiotics you want to make sure that they are refrigerated probiotics (i prefer it this way, I feel like it works better) or individually wrapped if they are on the shelf as the live cultures inside can die easily. Also I like to stay around 50 billion live cultures and I really like the brand ReNew Life. I hope this helps! (Not a dr, this is just my personal experience.)

    Tinea Versicolor is very treatable! You should not still be dealing with it being "infected" years later, I would recommend seeing a dermatologist for an anti-fungal cream that will clear it.

    Does anyone know the difference between the Kenzy ( the product she advertises) and the same device by Phillips ? I think the Kenzy is more affordable, but idk why. If anyone can help me this would be nice 🙂

    It's interesting when u are a skater girl watching surfer girl's life it's differently similar like idk when I skate I do get sunburnt and scars and bruises on my body which make me have to take care of myself the same way 😂♥️♥️💞
