I had little spots of eczema and also treated it using this eczema guide “Rαsοkο Kuzo” (Gοοgle it). I found an improvement when using the guidebook and later on made use of it to treat the eczema impacted parts of the face and it appeared to be reliable. I have not been thrilled with exactly how my skin area looks. It truly feels so good and also healthier. .

Within the 4th day, I realize that my cheek does not have any flakiness as well as the area has entirely recovered..Soon after the 4th time of applying the guidebook, I noticed the flakiness to be gone as well as the impacted part are actually healed. .

If you're still looking for sunscreen recommendations, I adore Body Shop Skin Defence Multi Protection Essence. It's more a fluid and absorbs easily. It feels refreshing on the skin and has SPF 50 which I love.

Can you tell me if Weleda skin food is good for dry patches on face. I'm so scared to try as my dermatitis drives me to steroids cream which I'm trying to avoid. Thank you so much.

Hi Karima! Based on your recommendation in one of your videos (yes, this is how much I trust your opinion — no pressure though! haha), I'm considering purchasing the Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant. I was on their website, and I noticed they also have a Superfoliant. Do you anything of the Superfoliant, and if it is any better or different than the Microfoliant? This type of purchase is quite a splurge for me, so I'd love to make the most of it. Thank you so much, and have a lovely day! Looking forward to your next video!

I love and share your skincare philosophy, and we also have a very similar skin type.

And oh my goodness, thank you so much, I completely agree with you about serums! I even reject the word itself. "Serum" is a marketing term to make a product sound like a really special, almost magical potion that you apply to your skin. They tend to be watery versions of thicker moisturizers, and contain a variety of ingredients. They're good if your skin needs and benefits from some type of layering of products/ingredients because it allows you to apply several layers to your face without it feeling heavy. But the efficacy of serums depends on the active ingredients, formulation, and if your skin even needs inprovement in a particular area. But at the end of the day, so many of them are a waste of money. For example, a cheap tretinoin cream in an ugly tube that you get from the dermatologist is going to be more effective than a fancy retinol serum that's sold in a pretty glass vile for hundreds of dollars.

Please, folks, don't get caught up on the word "serum", or for that matter, "essence" or "ampoule", and feel the need to go through a seventeen step skincare routine. You'll drive yourself crazy, go broke, and probably harm your skin.

thanks for this video! I love your channel and you have a really similar skin-type to me… sensitive, dry, eczema, and acne! its the worst! Like you I've learned that simplicity and gentleness is key and a lot of skin-care can be gimmicky. I LOVE La-Roche-Posay toleraine cleanser (fell in love with it while in France and it really helped clear up the worst breakout of my life) and I'm still looking for a great moisturiser… I'll give the ones you mentioned a look! Hugs from the USA

Try Cancer Council (for your neck and body) – it's the Active Dry touch Sunscreen (the grey tube) – very high protection, oil-free, light feel and non-greasy texture. The price is way so reasonable, you can get it at any Chemist Warehouse store

I love that you do not fill your routine excessively with redundant products! It's refreshing to see someone who is passionately about that skincare and truly knows what she needs and what she dont instead of using products because it's raved about. Thank you for introducing to us all these amazing products too 🙂 it's also great that you love the product like an oil instead of the brand.
