    What people need to understand about protein is.. Too much protein will create Carbs via gluconeogenesis. If you have excess carbs, your body will prefer them to ketones. The fat burning stops.

    So protein macro is important.

    If you get too much fat.. Then your body gets all the ketones it needs from your food intake and none from burning body fat. So fat burning stops.

    So the amount of fat also matters.

    And the ratio of protein to fat matters. Daniela's macros have a good ratio : 160×9=1440 cals fat, 80×4=320 cals protein, 20×4=80 cals carbs. That is 1840 total and 78% fat, 17% protein, and 5% carbs. Nothing wrong with those.

    Since you are in ketosis would you be able to debunk the rumors that they urine strips really aren’t reliable . Meaning can you make a video comparing your blood results to the urine strips ? I bought the perfect keto strips and after a week or so I went to the darkest color on the bar and since then it’s gotten lighter and I haven’t added anything to my diet exact a different flavor or the Jordan skinny syrup ? I was wondering if you can set the record straight and this way we can stop wasting our money on strips (they are more affordable tho) pleaseeeee

    I slip up almost every weekend, with in reason. Like 100/140 grams of carbs on Saturday and I still have lost 22 pounds in 6 weeks. What works for one doesn't work for everyone. Learn your body. I do a 14 to 16 hour fast and it brings me right back. I am also a "if it fits in my macros" then I eat it. For me it works. I figure 22 pound every 6 weeks, I'm happy. Also my skin is in great shape, I had adult acne. Also my body is use to this so my hands stop hurting. Oh and with my carbs being higher on the weekend I still keep my calories in about 1100 to 1400 and I think this has a lot to do with it.

I have been intermittent fasting and eating about one meal a day and I think I am not getting enough fats in. I wanted to know your views on losing inches but not pounds on the scale? Disheartening to see the scale not move; however my clothes are fitting better! What is your opinion on inches not weight? By the way I have started adding light weights into my cardio. Thanks you!

    Hi Daniela, I started 10/1 and I’m down 15# for October. I didnt see much change in my body for 3 weeks. I haven’t worked out at all but I haven’t cheated other than the night I spraying half a can of whipped cream down my throat 😋 Just have to say thanks for all the meal ideas. You look awesome 🥓🥚☕️

    I think alot of people are confused. 1. Group states 35g of protein per meal, moderate fat, low carb 20g bc you need to burn fat not consume that much fat bc your body will burn the fat you eat and not your body fat. Then, 2. Group states high fat, moderate protein and low carb. .. it's really confusing ar times. . I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS 🥰😘
