    I like all this, selfcare is valuable but sometimes is good to just let go, be late, sleep at 3 am, it isnt healthy but it is part of life, is part of experiencing and living by making Yourself feel free.
    I loved the video and offcorse i'll try this tips, but try to be '' perfect'' is not what personally i would love to be.
