Does this have the red tinge to the final colour that the body oil has? I feel this is a very important part of the final result that most people tend to ignore when reviewing self tan.

Could I use it if I use Tretinoin every 3. evening? Or is it then useless because of the reniwing skin? And Vit C in the morning? Also I have some dark spots on my chin…will it make them worse or will it even out the completion? Sorry for all this questions…..🙃

    I love your decor (:

Kind of a bad idea for St Tropez to add phototoxic citrus oils to a face product >< oof. Good thing it's just a small amount tho.

Would it be best applying on its own or mixed with a moisturiser ? Also is it obvious on the face ? My face is lighter then the rest of my body because I've lost my colour and there is no sun in the UK. I don't use any tan on my body. Would it be fine for me to use it ?

This was a great review! I wonder what are your feelings on this product now, are you still using it? Would you recommended it for a very pale skin? It looks very subtle and natural on you in the video 🙂

Was waiting for my 25$ gift card from my local drugstore. Going to try this VERY VERY soon so excited. I have tried the mousse in my face it was wonderful but make me breakout 🙁 Also do you think you can add a couple of drops into your nightcream (in your palm) to help blend it better since it feels more watery.

Really informative review, I'm toying with the idea of this one. Would you say it's similar to the Clarins one you mix with moisturiser or completely different?

Hi beautiful lady! I tried the St. Tropez Luxe facial self tanning oil last night. I bought it from QVC (they give you 30 days from receiving it before you can return for a refund), a shopping channel, I think you may have it in the U.K. Anyway, there was NO way that 2-3 drops were going to cover more than my nose itself! 🙂 I ended up using probably 3 full droppers full. Every time I put it in my hands it would instantly absorb into my hands! So I would literally take the dropper, put it on my face and drop a few drops on my face, starting one side at a time. It still feels like water, I was sure that I would be all streaky this morning. I woke up with color, and I am so pale usually, you could see through me 🙂  So, I put a few drops directly on both cheeks, 1 drop on my forehead, and I drop across my chin. Then I rubbed it gently into said areas.I have not washed my face yet, as I didn't know if my Clarisonic facial brush would take all the color off. I use Philosophy's "Purity Made Simple" facial cleanser, which if you can get your hands on it,(on QVC) it is GREAT! Back to the self tanning oil. They said to apply it below your eyes, and now I have darkness under my eye area, which is NOT a good look for me! Sorry this is so long, but I wanted to let you know how helpful you are in your honest opinions of what you try. Do you send emails of your videos, or how do I know when you try new things? Right now I have you bookmarked in my "Favorites" on my laptop. Thanks again! Nora PS. I will let you know what happens when I wash my face in a few minutes….(smiles)

I love that you do swatches on your stomach I do that too. Stomach and way upper thigh. I also use q-tips to make super clean straight lines to compare side by side to my other tans.

No, I hadn't heard of this product but thank you for letting everybody know.  After seeing reviews of the Clarins face tanner I went searching for a less expensive product and ended up with the Paula's Choice last year.  How do you think these two compare?  You got beautiful colour from the St. Tropez!  Please do let us know how you feel about it after further use.  My only worry about using  tanner was that it felt as though I were wasting my efforts when I also cleansed with my Clarisonic every day.  But how could I not keep exfoliating?  Ah well, all this makeup business is good fun anyway.  Thank you for the review and I'll be looking forward to the Mac tutorial on your eye look…it is gorgeous!

Wish I had seen your video before I bought a clarins product (radiance plus glow booster) as it looks a much better product! Thank you for the scoop, I will try and get some. The clarins product gives a nice colour but it's a faff mixing it in with moisturiser so I would prefer a product you could use in its own. X
