Organic Sunless Self Tanner Discount The secret to making your own sunless self-tanner, at home! It even works better than the popular brands, and is actually healthy for your skin!

You want to know the secret to grow your hair long, strong and healthy? I got the secret and I’m gonna share it with you today.

Hi, I’m Debbie, the founder of Ask Debbie About Hair and The Changing Faces Hair Clinic in Atlanta. Today, I want to show you how you can use rice water to grow your hair long, thick and strong. Rice water is that hidden secret, and when I tell you it’s amazing, I’m here to tell you I love it and every client that I’ve used it on absolutely loves it.

Rice water contains so many vitamins, so many nutrients, it’s like giving your hair hair-food immediately. It’s better than a hair vitamin because when you take a hair vitamin, you have to absorb it in your body and it takes maybe weeks or months before you see results but when you use rice water, you’re going to see results the very first time you use it. Please do a patch test before applying to your entire head. Results may vary.

How often do you recommend black women to use it being that we can’t wash our hair every day and also for colored hair, I colored my hair for the first time 3 weeks ago ???????

I have very natural curly hair and I want to see how this is going to make my hair gown so, I'll give it a shoot starting tomorrow since its basically the next day, and I want the rice to sit so, I can see the change in my hair. Hopefully this will work. I will do this until the next month, and if it does work I will continue to put the rice water in my hair.

It’s definitely not a myth! I’ve been doing it for a year. My hair wasn’t growing after I had someone cut it and it wasn’t the same. I discovered rice water and my hair is past my waist!!!!❤️

This does work. When first using it, you’ll find that your hair gets thicker and thins out less. However, to avoid protein overload, you should also give your hair a moisturizing treatment, possibly rice water one week, and moisturizing treatment the next. Although your hair won’t suddenly grow an inch overnight, it will keep your hair healthy. The science behind this all is that your hair already grows. But the reason you don’t notice any, is because your hair sheds at a quicker rate than I grows. If you keep your roots and ends healthy, you’re sure to notice growth.

What my routine is every time before I bath (not on washday, I’ll have that below) I massage in some oils while using holding my hair down to allow blood to flow to my scalp for 3-6 minutes. Then right before I sleep, I repeat massaging in oil, then spray in some rice water, massaging that in too. I always occasionally add some moisturizer because the rice water and oil does dry it out.

On wash day, I head into the shower, and massage in the oil, and rice water before washing it out with soap, and spraying in some rice water.

I swear I’ve been doing this for a few little while consistently , and I’m pretty sure I’ve grown possibly 1-2 inches. If you continue doing this for a year, you’ll have amazing healthy, thick, and lengthy hair.

    Comment any questions!

I have been using this for a while now and its growing slowly but surely am doing every two weeks, but will start doing it for each week. I need to get a heating cap to make it grow really longer. I am using a cap and towel for heat, but its also taking care of my dandruff too, it makes it really thick as well. I haven't had a perm in my hair since April of this year am trying to do the natural thing. So far loving it. I let the rice sit over night and its ready for the next day 24 hours.
