1. Stay Hydrated
Staying hydrated helps remove some of the toxins in your body that can lead to the accumulation of fat. Less fat build up means less chance of cellulite occuring.
Exercise techniques such as squats, step-ups, kick-backs and side-to-sides are all effective techniques to help reduce the appearance of cellulite in the thigh region. All of these rely on using the weight of your own body to your advantage, but you can also incorporate weights in order to increase the overall intensity of your workout.
By massaging the areas of your skin affected by cellulite, it may serve to improve lymphatic damage as well as stretch the skin tissue to better accommodate and cover the dimples created by cellulite.
4. Self Tanners
Cellulite is typically harder to see in darker skin tones, so a self tanner can potentially help hide the appearance of cellulite thighs. Take this suggestion with a grain of salt.
5. Bioactive Collagen Peptides
Studies have shown that collagen peptides do indeed improve the presence and appearance of cellulite; particularly in the thigh region. However, this evidence is far from concrete at this point, and more research will be required in order to say with conviction whether or not the supplements are helpful for everyone.
There’s nothing about cellulite that makes it inherently harmful to your health. Nevertheless, if you personally happen to dislike your cellulite and want to get rid of it, you may want to go to extra lengths in order to do so.
