Yes I heard pretty much the same thing, & agree this waiting time,I think no I know, will drive me batty & that's enough to turn me off from this product. It's a great idea really but for me,not practical. I haven't used self tanner in awhile & I stay out of the direct sun, like you I have white ghastly legs….
Wow,you should have had better color then that after many applications, wow!! I heard the St Tropez in the mousse is fab! Might give that one a try. Yes nice video on a few good choices…..thanks!! 🙂 Dee xoxo

You can buy the Brazilience in small packages and there's a wipe in there, I did not unfold it because I could use it again, it's for the face, so I put it on my face and neck and 2 days later I used the rest, you talk about a tan face, holy cow you would only need a powder foundation, or nothing at all.

I love that color on you Kristinn. You look so pretty. I knew you weren't going to like this and that woman totally told you something different. I heard her. And you are right, who wants to hang out in the shower for three minutes? It feels like an hour when the water is off and you are getting cold. I did get a small bottle of the St. Tropez mousse. It is a really good color for me, so I got the larger can. This was really terrific! Much love, Melissa

Have tried all three? St. Tropez was a huge fail for me as well. Liked the Tarte. But Jergens actually offered what I wanted most.. Must say, the firming business is nonsense because it does not contain anything that would even the slightest difference clinically. And I would recommend adding another physical barrier sunscreen later n the day. But, after a single use (I used medium to dark though have light skin), I had a lovely result after letting it develop over night. My mistake was using it three nights in a row, as it became streaky and uneven on my older skin. I think this is best to achieve light color by using maximum twice a week. Jergens has nice texture and scent and actually works but keep n mind that if you exfoliate regularly or use body lotions with AHA's its just not going to last long. I have not tried others as this was ok for me..

I LOVE Jergens tanning lotion, been using it for 3 years now, I start using it in April and by May its perfect color… also you don't have to worry about it going to dark with everyday use, it balances out and looks great !! You will love it more and more!!

that is a ridiculous way to apply self tanner. I use Jergens in a foam version, works, great dries fast. I use it with a tanning mitt, perfect application. I find if you apply self tanner twice a day you really notice getting darker.

Jergens Is My Jam . just easy and it never does me wrong (unless I put it on my feet for too many days in a row lol ) . I've never seen the one with the sunscreen in it…
the last time I bought several bottles because they had $5 coupon stuck. on the front …. can you tell me is it a chemical sunscreen or a physical one

I like the bare minerals self tanner, I will definitely give the Jergens a try, I did try the loving tan 2 hour express its pretty nice but a little too dark, I got the medium and it was pricey as well, wish I could find that perfect self tanner!!  Loving your earrings, are they Kendra Scott?  xo Wendy

Aloha Kristinn! Thanks so much for your review. I am currently visiting my home away from home…Kailua-Kona, Hawaii. After living here for 16 years (now in the Pacific NW), my skin just can't take huge amounts of sunshine anymore. I don't want fish-belly white legs and arms, etc. so I brought some of the Jergens Natural Glow Firm Self-Tanner. But only after I tried a spray-on before I departed Seattle that was disastrous. Really streaky and orangy. I rubbed it off the best I could and have applied the Jergens and have to tell you that it really does look pretty natural. Very pleased with it. Okay, off I go to my favorite hang-outs. Malama pono and Mahalo nui!! :))))

You look so pretty with that pale green and I love those earrings. I can't remember which Jergens I used a few years ago, but it did great. Didn't know they are not cruelty free. That will sway my opinion on what I buy next time.
    Thank you. xxx. 💖💖🌹💖💖

I find that the regular Jergens works the best on me, especially when I do a good job of exfoliating. That color green is beautiful on you!

I love the regular St Tropez self tanner, don't think I'll be trying this in shower one. Thanks for a great review.(((hugs)))

I'm sorry that didn't work for you. I use Vita Liberata mousse in medium and love it. Lasts for 2 weeks and fades the way a natural tan would. The best part of all is absolutely no self tanner smell.

You know I saw your video and I thought, "I don't do faux tan but I'll watch because I like Kristinn and I want to see what she thinks"….. I think I might try the Jergens!! What color did you choose for the Jergens? If you said it, I missed it. Or does it just come in Medium? I know in the past with those kinds of products, even if you are light people say to get Medium or darker because if you don't, you won't see anything. Shannon : )

Hello Kristinn, Don't give up on the St. Tropez brand! I swear by the Original Self Tan Bronzing Mousse. QVC usually super sizes this for a good price. I get both Light and the Darker one. Like you my arms do see some sun so they get the light but my legs are Casper white and the dark works good. Happy Summer! Sincerely, Lisa

You look gorgeous today, Kristinn!! Love you in the soft greens and your makeup is flawless. 😀  You always do such great reviews on products. I'm not much of a self tanner and I really don't like all the creams and sprays, so I've used the tan towels for years.  They work well for me and they're super quick and give me some color.  The more often I use them the darker I get. 🙂  Hope you have a safe and happy memorial day weekend! Hugs!! xoxoJanet

Hi Kristin, I am 51 and a self tanner that I love and have repurchased multiple times is the Ulta spray in deep dark, it is really good..Just keep your skin moisturized good but it gives a good natural tan. It feels good too not sticky or tacky.. Right now Ulta has buy 2 get 2 free as well. 🙂

Bummer on the St Tropez as I was wanting that. Thanks for saving me the money. I hope you have a fabulous long weekend. ♥ Elle PS – Meant to ask you – is that Jergens buildable and do you think it would be worth it on top of already dark/self tanned legs?

ohh wow well sounds like you gave it a good go. I wonder why would have happened if you applied it as the girl told you do do it. before you got all clean and on dry skin…I have seen some youtuber haul that tanner but they haven't tried it yet. wonder if it worked for them …or NOT…
I have tried that tarte tanner on my face and arms multiple times and I have never gotten any color from it!! funny how certain tanners work great for some and not for others…
Ohh I have used the Jergens before…not the one with the yellow top but the other one. I thought it worked ok too,,,
